Senior Project Manager

6-month initial term, potential for extension up to 2 years

Weekly to fortnightly presence required in the West London office

Up to circa £550 per day inside IR35

Support a leading housing association by leading the end-to-end implementation of a new Housing Management System (HMS) as part of a larger digital transformation programme. This role requires previous experience of implementing a Housing Management System / HMS such as Northgate / Aareon / MRI / Civica is essential, with strong stakeholder engagement experience, risk management, supplier coordination, and time and budget management skills

Key experience needed:

• Experience of implementing a Housing Management System / HMS such as Northgate / Aareon / MRI / Civica is essential
• Dimension modelling
• Dataverse
• Datalake
• Data factory
• Data pipelines
• Azure Synapse
• Development of test scenarios

Additional experience desired:

• MS Dynamics
• Knowledge of DevOps

This Senior Project Manager contract role is with a very well-established housing association who have been building and maintaining quality homes across London and Southern England for over 70 years so far as a not-for-profit organisation.

This is a 6-month contract position for a Senior Project Manager, with potential for extension up to 2 years, offering up to circa £550 per day inside IR35, with a requirement for 2-4 days a month in the West London office.
