Senior Project Co-ordinator - KM4 Group : Job Details

Are you a seasoned project coordinator with a passion for managing field projects? Our client are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of field engineering projects and oversee the back-office team.

Responsibilities:

• Field Management and Contract process controls / improvements
• Coordinate field engineers’ assignments, ensuring they have the necessary tools, equipment, and support to carry out their tasks effectively.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the engineers. Understand client requirements, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Report creation and submission for clients
• Quotations for projects and client’s administration
• Field Engineer scheduling, timesheet control and reporting
• Liaison with suppliers for ordering materials and stock control
• Finance support, contract process sign off, invoice creation
• Finance and HR overview

Requirements:

• Previous Experience in a supervisory role for a field-based engineering company
• Management of 2 direct reports and co-ordination of up to 10 field engineers
• Confident use of MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel
• Finance and HR support experience
• Aptitude to work with various software applications
• Customer service focus
• A professional and pro-active approach with an attention to detail
