Senior Product Marketing Manager - PensionsI am headhunting on behalf of a global bank to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager with deep pensions expertise to shape go-to-market strategy for new retirement propositions, including SIPP. You'll play a key role in positioning products effectively, driving awareness and engagement across customer segments, and supporting growth initiatives within the pensions space. This is a senior-level role with strategic visibility and the opportunity to shape the future of pensions marketing in a fast-evolving sector. What you'll do:

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and conversion across channels.
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify differentiation and positioning opportunities.
• Define and communicate key product benefits and customer value.
• Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery.
• Use data and analytics to optimise performance and inform future strategy.
• Provide subject matter expertise on pensions to influence product launches and proposition development.
• Engage stakeholders across product development, compliance, and distribution.

• Proven experience in pensions/retirement marketing, ideally including SIPP.
• Strong understanding of UK pensions landscape and customer needs (advised vs. self-invested).
• Track record of leading go-to-market strategy and end-to-end campaign delivery.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management ability.

• Background in digital investing or wealth management.
• Experience tailoring messaging across life-stage financial planning.
• Previous involvement in product launches or migration projects.
