SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER

We are on the hunt for an exciting start up in the fintech space based in London who offer fully remote across Europe. Due to recent expansion, the team is looking to add a Senior Product Designer to the team:

WHO ARE WE?Founded in 2020, this organisation offers a non-custodial, multichain cryptocurrency wallet that enables users to manage assets and NFTs across more than 2,300 blockchains using a single interface.

It allows payments of transaction fees using widely used tokens (like USDC or the platform's own token), supports hardware wallet integration, and provides live alerts for suspicious addresses. Offering features like portfolio tracking, NFT galleries, and seamless migration from an earlier wallet service, it emphasises security, simplicity, and accessibility for both newcomers and experienced Web3 users.

Due to expansion, we are looking to onboard a Senior Product Designer to the team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Senior Product Designer you will own the end-to-end design of intuitive, secure, and engaging experiences for blockchain workflows like multichain asset management, NFT interactions, and transaction signing.

Working closely with product and engineering, they'll turn complex concepts such as gas fees and cross-chain swaps into clear user journeys, while maintaining a scalable design system across web, mobile, and hardware wallets.

The role requires proven blockchain product design experience, strong user research skills, and the ability to embed trust and security into every interaction, ensuring the product remains accessible, competitive, and user-friendly in a rapidly evolving space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design of user experiences for multichain wallets, NFTs, and crypto transactions.
• Translate complex blockchain concepts into clear, user-friendly flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver features.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with both crypto-native and new-to-Web3 users.
• Ensure trust, security, and clarity are central to all designs.
• Stay ahead of blockchain and Web3 design trends to drive innovation.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

• 5+ Years experience in a Product Design position.
• Proven experience designing products in the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design across web and mobile.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and design systems.
• A deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and security in digital products.
• Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging blockchain and Web3 trends.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork.
