Collaborate with product leads, managers, engineers and business partners to identify, refine, and deliver improvements to our Contact products
Build expertise in your focus area and confidently guide product decisions
Translate challenges into well-defined features and actionable solutions
Validate and test new technology with our business teams, ensuring it delivers real value
Use data creatively to measure success, inform prioritisation and tell compelling stories
Conduct research to explore trends, best practices and innovative ideas for our products
Mentor and support more junior colleagues, sharing your experience and insights
Build strong relationships across teams to champion collaboration and alignment
Are we the perfect match?
You have significant experience in technology and/or energy sectors
You hold a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
You understand tech trends and complex delivery pipelines
You're adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and open to feedback
You excel at relationship building and stakeholder management
You're confident navigating data, performing analysis and defining solutions
You have strong communication, translation and presentation skills
Experience working in or with a Contact Centre is a plus
It would be great if you had:
A track record of leading complex or business-critical initiatives
Experience coaching or mentoring team members
Passion for discovering insights from both internal and external sources
A proactive approach to learning and innovation
Willingness to travel between E.ON Next hubs as needed
Curiosity for exploring alternative solutions to business challenges

Location - Nottingham E.ON Next office, Trinity House, 2 Burton St, Nottingham NG1 4BX or Leicester
Leicester - Granite House, Watermead Business Park, Syston, LE7 1PF with travel to our other sites when required.
