Senior Probate Officer - Conduco Resourcing Ltd : Job Details

Our client, a global wealth management organisation are seeking a probate professional to join their highly collaborative Probate team.

You’ll be in charge of end-to-end administration, providing top-notch service to beneficiaries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking on the role of executor or assisting a lay executor
• Handling all probate application paperwork and inheritance tax forms
• Overseeing tasks to ensure prompt and effective service/legal document distribution
• Collaborating with team members to proactively spot and execute business strategies for process enhancement

Requirements:

• Relevant probate administration experience
• Proficient in probate application documents
• Proactive in ensuring timely service delivery
• Stellar client communication and relationship skills
• Organized with excellent administration abilities
• Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings
