• �? Conduct initial visits and comprehensive assessments

• ?? Engage in direct work with service users

• ?? Manage a varied caseload efficiently

• ???�? Contribute to supervisory or practice development roles (for Senior Practitioner level)

• ?? Support team learning and development where applicable
