With a commitment to environmental stewardship, we specialise in the installation and maintenance of Heat Pumps, Heating and Hot Water Systems, and Underfloor Heating.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Plumber to join our team in Tadley. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional proficient in both plumbing and gas works, looking to expand their expertise into renewable energy systems. As a Senior Plumber, you will play a pivotal role in leading installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and contributing to our mission of sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead plumbing and gas installation projects involving Heat Pumps, Heating and Hot Water Systems, and Underfloor Heating.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement efficient installation plans.
• Mentor and supervise junior plumbers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
