Contract Opportunity: Performance & Analytics Specialist - Investment ManagementWe are seeking a highly experienced Performance & Analytics Specialist to join a dynamic project team responsible for outsourcing performance measurement to a global service provider. This is a unique opportunity to contribute subject matter expertise, business analysis, and project execution skills to a multi-phase delivery programme spanning all asset classes and product types.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the delivery of performance measurement outsourcing across internal IBOR systems and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones, including third-party providers and internal teams.
• Provide deep subject matter expertise in performance measurement, IBOR, and investment data.
• Drive testing, documentation, and process development to ensure seamless transition to BAU.
• Represent the business in client meetings, working sessions, and senior stakeholder engagements.

Required Expertise:

• Investment Management Experience: Minimum 10 years in performance/analytics roles within global asset managers or consulting firms.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of performance calculation methodologies, asset classes, IBOR data, and SQL/VBA or similar tools.
• Project Delivery: Proven track record in delivering complex integration and implementation projects.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across time zones, with occasional travel to Henley or overseas offices.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CIPM.
• Experience with vendor platforms and performance systems.
• Strong business change management capabilities.
