Senior Pensions ExecutiveMy client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pensions Executive to join a fast-growing professional services business. This is a unique opportunity to provide outsourced pensions executive services to a diverse range of clients, including pension scheme managers, trustee boards, and corporate sponsors . This role is for a proactive and solutions-focused leader who can drive strategic projects and manage client relationships. You will be part of a team with a rich background that includes in-house pensions executives, consultants, actuaries, and governance specialists . What You'll Be Doing

• Pensions Executive Services & Projects: You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including business planning, scheme secretarial duties, and the oversight of routine projects like annual reports and accounts .
• Strategic Change: You will play a key role in strategic change projects, from providing oversight to full project management for initiatives such as investment strategy implementation, scheme de-risking, and wind-up projects .
• Client Management & Business Development: You will manage client relationships, develop new service lines, and contribute to business growth through networking and creating marketing content .
• Team Leadership: You will be responsible for managing a small team, including their performance and work allocation, and participating in recruitment activities .

What You'll Bring

• Professional Qualification: An APMI, actuarial , or an equivalent professional qualification is essential .
• Pensions Expertise: Strong experience with all types of occupational pension schemes and a deep, up-to-date knowledge of technical pensions matters are required .
• Commercial Acumen: A demonstrable commercial approach and experience in managing relationships with third-party suppliers and partners is a must .
• Soft Skills: You should be a confident and articulate communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities and a solutions-focused, "can do" attitude
