We’re seeking a Senior Pension Project Analyst to join a newly formed operational readiness team within a leading Pensions Administration environment. Key responsibilities:

  • Operational Insight: Develop a broad understanding of systems and processes to support enhancements to the operating model.
  • Project Delivery: Lead on scheme installations, system testing, and training support for administration teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve technology usage for current clients and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Governance & Reporting: Ensure high standards of project governance and provide reporting that demonstrates measurable impact.

What we're looking for:

  • Pensions Expertise: Experience in occupational pension scheme administration is essential.
  • Influential Communicator: Proven ability to work with internal teams and influence outcomes.
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with a logical, proactive approach.
  • Tech-Confident: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pensions admin platforms required.
  • Professional Credentials: APMI/EPMI qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
