Are you an experienced Senior Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality advice to high-net-worth clients?
We’re supporting a respected and expanding financial planning firm based in Crawley in their search for a Senior Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a chartered (or chartered-track) professional to take on a leadership role, contribute to business innovation, and support the delivery of first-class client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with advisers to design and deliver bespoke financial planning strategies
Conduct detailed analysis across pensions, investments, tax planning, cash flow modelling, and estate planning
Lead and support the paraplanning team to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance
Produce high-quality suitability reports and technical documentation
Act as a technical resource across the business and support process improvement initiatives
Engage directly with HNW clients and external professional partners where required
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role, ideally with HNW private clients
Chartered status (or actively working towards)
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
Excellent technical knowledge across all key advice areas
A collaborative, detail-focused professional with strong communication skills
Leadership potential and a desire to help develop junior team members
Organised, proactive and confident in driving service improvements
Package & Benefits:
Salary: Up to £55,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
