Job Description :

Are you a confident communicator, natural problem-solver, and passionate about delivering outstanding care? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a drive for growing new business? If so, Helping Hands wants to hear from you!

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Live-In New Business Care Coordinator to join our dynamic Carer Services team in Peterborough. This is a key role where you’ll lead on coordinating the successful onboarding of new live-in care clients – from the very first contact to the start of their care journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Live-In New Business team to meet and exceed growth targets
  • Coordinate and manage new live-in care enquiries, ensuring customers are onboarded safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Care Managers, Branch Managers, Carer Services, etc.) for smooth care delivery
  • Monitor CRM systems and reporting tools, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Arrange carer travel in line with our expense policy and manage advance payments
  • Deliver excellent communication to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify training needs and support upskilling of the team
  • Ensure all compliance, documentation, and funding is in place before care commences

Who you are:

You’ll be a confident, values-driven professional with a passion for person-centred care and a strong background in coordination or customer service—ideally within the care sector. Your ability to communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and influence outcomes will be key to your success. With exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while ensuring the highest standards of service. Experience in live-in care coordination or a similar setting is highly desirable, as is a track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.

In return we offer a competitive salary and the following benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave (increasing to a maximum of 27)
  • Access to an Employee Assistance programme
  • Free Blue Light Card
  • Career development opportunities

Helping Hands is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce as we believe this develops a comfortable working environment for all our staff. All applications will be treated fairly in line with our Equality and Diversity Policy.
