Senior ML Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We’re working with a well-funded AI start-up in London that’s gearing up for huge growth. They’re expecting to scale 10x over the next 18 months.

They’re now looking for their first Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, someone who can build out and own the foundations of their ML and cloud environment as the business scales. You’ll be reporting directly into the CTO and working closely with the ML research team, so this is a real chance to make your mark in a company at the forefront of applied AI.

The role

This isn’t your average infrastructure role - it sits right at the intersection of cloud engineering and machine learning. You’ll be building out ML nodes, optimising training workloads in PyTorch, and deploying them across containerised environments with Kubernetes and Docker.

As the go-to person for cloud, you’ll design and manage scalable, multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and set up the CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid ML experimentation and deployment.

The role is full-time, 5 days a week in their London office.

What they’re looking for

• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure engineering (multi-cloud is ideal).
• Deep hands-on experience with PyTorch and other ML frameworks.
• Kubernetes and Docker expertise at scale.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for ML or data-heavy workloads.
• Someone who has worked with ML workloads in production.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
