Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

£60,000+Bonus and Benefits

Your new role will be in this friendly client-facing mechanical and electrical consultancy.

Working within the mechanical design team, you will be designing the mechanical systems from the established client briefs, coordinating with the project design team to meet the client’s project deliverables.

You will be a significant contact within the organisation and therefore this is a crucial appointment for the company.

Experience within this environment is a MUST for all successful applicants.

YOUR NEW ROLE

• Undertake the design of mechanical services, either from a site survey or a scheme report.
• Undertake and lead mechanical services design projects
• Condition assessments
• Production of PPM Surveys and Reports
• Undertake defect inspections and issue appropriate certificates
• Write and produce Maintenance manuals

ABOUT YOU

• MUST have vast experience within Building Services Design
• HNC Building Services Engineering
• Experience working in a Building Services Consultancy environment
• Hold a valid UK driving licence

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Basic salary up to £60,000
• Discretionary Bonus
• Professional fees paid
• 28 days annual leave inc BH
• Extra days off at Christmas from 23rd Dec - 2nd Jan
• Flexible working hours Mon - Fri
• Private Healthcare
