Senior Marketing Executive - 12 month FTC contract

Purpose of the Role:Reporting to the UK and Overseas Accommodation Marketing Managers, this role focuses on delivering effective marketing campaigns that drive member engagement and bookings. You’ll collaborate with product managers, the wider marketing team, and external agencies to support CRM strategy and personalised communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (CRM, email, newsletters, app notifications, SMS, etc.) from brief to reporting.
- Collaborate with product owners to identify focus areas and improve campaign performance.
- Develop marketing communication plans and coordinate with channel owners.
- Write and present briefs to internal and external agencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Work with CRM agency to segment and target member communications.
- Create and proof content across media channels, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Support budget management and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist with other marketing projects as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree in a relevant subject.
- 3+ years’ marketing experience in B2C, agency or client-side, with a strong CRM focus.
- Experience across digital media channels.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.
- Experience in UK and overseas travel markets is a plus.
- Passion for the outdoors, caravanning, or motor homing is beneficial but not essential.
