You'll lead a specialist team of econometricians and work closely with senior marketing, finance, and product stakeholders to optimise multi-million-pound marketing investments. This is a hands-on leadership role blending advanced econometrics with strategic commercial insight to influence key business decisions.

Whether you're a deep-dive econometrics specialist or a broad marketing analytics generalist, your expertise in translating complex models into actionable marketing strategies will be critical.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience managing marketing analytics or econometrics teams

• Strong commercial focus with excellent stakeholder management skills
