This is a rare opportunity to play an integral role in pushing this ambitious business forward, by reporting into our Head of Care and being responsible for the performance and growth of the home care and live-in service. We pride ourselves on providing only the highest quality care, and we are looking for someone who is passionate, extremely dedicated and can match those standards.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Manageryour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clear leadership, direction and support to the office's care manager and operations team.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to support service growth and achieve targets, including business development and pre-emptive recruitment.
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care that is responsive to each customer’s needs and preferences.
- Building strong relationships with customers, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
- Operating within budget, monitor market conditions and competitor activity and contribute to promotional efforts
- Leading and participating in ongoing staff training, development meetings and ensure alignment with current best practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Proven track record managing and growing a successful home care service
- You must have a level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Hands-on experience managing successful CQC inspections
- Strategic and business minded, with the ability to lead and grow a team, enabling them to achieve full potential.
- Committed to excellence in service delivery and customer care
