The organisation is rapidly growing, both organically as well as by acquisition, undergoing a substantial period of Digital Transformation, as well as a cloud migration. The Senior Manager IT Infrastructure (Mergers, Acquisitions & Integrations) will deliver improvement of the IT infrastructure landscape aligned to the group framework and assist in future technical integrations.  Responsibilities of the Senior Manager IT Infrastructure:  - Lead the integration of the infra team to a divisional model- Lead digital transformation of infra services from on-prem to a cloud model- Line management of the global infra team- Define strategy and ensure delivery to planned infra services- Managing resources in relation to projects- Continuity of the global infra estate  Background of the Senior Manager IT Infrastructure:  - Extensive experience working within an IT Infrastructure essential- Experience working on technical integrations, separations, business mergers and acquisitions etc highly preferable- Strong stakeholder management skills- Adept people manager and developer, ideally that has managed and developed staff remotely- Experience working within a global business preferable- Strong cloud experience, experience in on-prem to cloud migrations highly preferable  Is this job for you?  At Meraki, we love recruitment and love words.
