Senior Manager - Contracts & Fleet - SNG (Sovereign Network Group) : Job Details

As part of our journey in bringing our teams together and deliver our corporate plan we have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Manager – Contracts & Fleet, to join our Business Administration & Support Team on a permanent basis.

The role

As a senior manager you will be overseeing the operational management and quality of the key outsourced contracts for our planned, cyclical and responsive maintenance works across the localities.

You will also lead a team of Fleet Specialists managing SNG's fleet management activities.

Knowledge & Skills

We are looking for some one who has:

• Demonstrable previous experience of strategically managing suppliers / contractors.
• Knowledge and understanding of current building regulations and legislation.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of legislation and best practice related to fleet management.
• Ability to be office based and travel between SNG sites as required.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.).
• Working knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to plan, track and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets, to deliver a value for money service whilst taking actions to mitigate any risks.
