Chapman Tate is seeking a Senior Manager of AI & Innovation to lead the design, delivery, and execution of AI-driven initiatives. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on delivery, driving real impact across innovation programmes.

What you’ll do:

• Shape and maintain the AI & Innovation roadmap.
• Deliver AI and data-led solutions, ensuring best practice and governance.
• Build and manage innovation pipelines from concept to scale.
• Collaborate with technical, data, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders, translating complex ideas into clear strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in technical roles, with proven innovation/AI delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, cloud platforms, and digital ecosystems.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and programme delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
