Senior Management Accountant - Spanish Speaking - Taylor Hawkes Ltd : Job Details

Our client is a global FMCG business with locations across the world. They are currently seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team in Manchester on a hybrid basis.

Duties:

• Management of global finance function consisting of 2 direct reports and 7 indirect reports

• Reporting directly into the Head of Finance based in the UK

• Preparation of consolidated month end accounts

• Oversee all statutory accounts, local audits and tax filings

• Review of month end balance sheet reconciliations

• Review of intercompany accounting and reconciliations

• All FP&A work for the region

• Finance Business Partner to logistics, procurement, production and supply chain

• Ad-hoc work as required

• Travel to LATAM

Requirements:

• AAT, ACCA or ACA qualified accountant
• Spanish speaking
• 5 years’ experience in finance
• FMCG or manufacturing background preferred
• Costing experience
• Experience performing multicurrency consolidations
• Experience and exposure to IFRS
