Senior Management Accountant - Executive Talent Solutions : Job Details

My client is a growing property / facilities management business with an impressive UK client base.

They are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join the finance team to manage month-end processes, lead process improvement initiatives and business partner with the operational teams. This is an exciting role for an experienced management accountant to add to and develop their skills at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Manage the production of full management accounts for group businesses on a monthly basis.
• Work with the Financial Controller to improve working and systems processes to improve and streamline the month end process.
• Review and maintain balance sheet reconciliations, working capital reporting, and open purchase orders.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
• Build key relationships with the Property Managers across the business to ensure they are providing accurate and efficient monthly operational information.
• Supervise and mentor one management accountant to develop their skills and build their role in the month-end process.

Successful candidates will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA fully qualified. The role requires solid management accounting experience, ideally in a complex, contract-led or service-focused organisation. Some experience of supervising or mentoring junior team members would be advantageous. You will be a confident communicator with a desire to drive improvements across the business and your own skill set.
