Senior Lettings Negotiator - Nouvo Recruitment (London) Ltd : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator, where no two days are the same, and where you can deliver exceptional service to their clients.

Your Role:

• To generate and book valuations and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties
• Conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.

What We're Looking For:

• Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must hold a Full UK driving license.
