SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - CANARY WHARF Salary: £20,000-£23,000 BASIC. REALISTIC OTE £45K+

Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30PM / 6.00pm EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 10-1

What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a multi branch independent (close to 30 offices) Estate Agency with offices all over London. The opportunity is for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their prestigious Canary Wharf branch. The role is primarily letting property with responsibilities including registering applicants, arranging viewings, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and keeping both tenant and landlord up to date!

Skills & Attributes:

2 years lettings experience or similar

Organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Well presented.

Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner.

Good IT skills

Good customer relations and communication skills are required.

Own vehicle would be preferential
