As Lettings Manager, you’ll:

• Act as the trusted lettings expert for customers, offering advice and personal service

• Successfully list and launch new properties, helping landlords and tenants get the best results

• Motivate and manage your team through morning meetings and ongoing coaching

• Take full ownership of your lettings business performance

• Build your profile and become the local market expert in Bognor Regis

• Work closely with your team to deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• A people-focused professional who builds strong, lasting relationships

• Proven experience in lettings with a strong conversion rate from valuation to instruction

• Previous leadership or management experience in a lettings environment

• Driven, ambitious, and eager to exceed expectations

• A positive, proactive attitude with strong ethics and a passion for helping people find their perfect homes

• A team player who thrives on success and celebrates achievements

• Full UK driving licence required

• 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
