Senior Lettings Manager - AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters : Job Details

An incredible opportunity has risen to join an independent Estate Agency who are looking for a Senior LettingsManager for their Lettings and Management department in South Woodford.

The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a proven track record at a senior level, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate, ambitious, and focused on driving growth in the Letting industry and having entrepreneurial flair.

Responsibilities will include but not limited:

Generating and conducting market appraisalsWinning instructionsStrong focus on generating new and repeat businessManaging a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basisEnsuring office targets are being met and exceededClose dealsCross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management servicesEnsuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.

Experience of increasing market shareExcellent People ManagementMust be strong market share winnerAbility to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experienceStrong negotiation and communication skillsDesire and success in winning new businessMotivator of peopleExcellent presentation and communication skillsFull UK Driving License requiredIndustry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essentialAmbitious, dynamic, and motivated.Strong at timekeeping and time management.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.45am - 6pmSaturday 9.45am - 4pm5 day working week with rota system: Every other Saturday off

Salary: £35,000OTE £65,000/£70,000
