Role Overview:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Residential Lettings Coordinator with a strong background in residential property management. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and fully compliant with current regulations. The role covers all aspects of property management, including maintenance coordination, compliance, property visits, tenancy management, and client communication.

Residential Lettings Coordinator Key Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day management of a growing residential portfolio

• Handle maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor coordination

• Ensure compliance with health and safety, legal, and regulatory standards

• Carry out regular property inspections and follow-up reports

• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors effectively and professionally

• Manage tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and end-of-tenancy processes

• Keep accurate records and ensure internal systems are up to date

• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure high levels of service

Residential Lettings Coordinator Key Skills:

• Previous experience in residential property management is essential

• Strong knowledge of property compliance and legislation

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Confident communicator with great attention to detail

• Able to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure

• Professional, proactive, and service-focused

• ARLA qualification (or working towards)

• Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred

Residential Lettings Coordinator Package:

• Salary: Up to £36,000 depending on experience

• Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Holiday: 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
