Are you a confident, proactive Executive Assistant or Legal PA ready to step into a more strategic role? This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier global law firm, supporting a high-performing team in their Commercial & Technology practice group.

You'll be working closely with one Partner and two experienced Senior Associates (who manage much of their own admin), while also acting as a vital conduit between the department's support team and its senior leadership.

This isn't your average EA role. While you'll still be handling high-level executive support - from complex diary management to client liaison and inbox control - you'll also be the go-to person for broader team coordination, strategic admin projects, and internal communications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full ownership of partner-level support with minimal oversight

• Managing client billing, engagement letters, WIP reviews, and financial tracking

• Acting as a liaison between Team Assistants, PAs, and the department Manager

• Supporting internal projects, recruitment, onboarding and team resourcing

• Drafting internal comms, preparing reports and materials for meetings

• Oversight of key operational functions for the department

We're seeking a calm, confident professional who thrives under pressure and takes initiative. You'll be trusted to run with tasks, drive efficiency, and be a natural point of contact within the team.

You should have:

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a legal or professional services firm

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A keen eye for detail and the confidence to make independent decisions

• Ideally, experience in Commercial, Technology or IP/Trademarks law - though this is not essential

• Hybrid flexibility (3:2 office/home)
