Senior Legal Data Analyst - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

I am keen to speak with Senior Legal Data Analysts to join an Investment bank based in Canary wharf. This is a 6 month contract which is expected to be extended. You will be responsible for:Accurate and efficient capture of document metadata points in relation to executed agreements. Review extracted metadata and manually enrich to complete record based on SOPsReview legal data output generated by the technology provider for accuracy and record discrepancies. Coordinate document exceptions raised through the tool. Ideally you will have the following:Master trading agreement working knowledgeISDA, GMRA and CSA negotiation experience required.
