The ideal Senior Legal Counsel will have experience working across the Telecommunications or Technology sector handling a high level of commercial contracts including SaaS/ cloud/ software licensing agreements.

The ideal Senior Legal Counsel will handle the following:

Provide quality legal advice and support on the legal and commercial issues that arise within the business.

Prepare contracts including SaaS and licensing agreements in partnership with stakeholders

Create and maintain templates and legal documents

Provide legal advice on corporate projects as and when they arise

Partner with stakeholders across functions, Procurement, Commercial, sales, etc.

This role reports directly into the General Counsel so high quality work is on offer. This role will suit a Legal Counsel who is looking for their next step up or a mid-level Senior Legal Counsel who is looking to join an exciting business who is in a growth period.
