Senior Legal Cashier - Totum : Job Details

Totum Partners is currently collaborating with a law firm to recruit a Senior Legal Cashier for a six-month FTC.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial procedures and a proven track record of success in a similar role. They should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

The Senior Legal Cashier will be tasked with:

• Assisting in the reconciliation of client account balances left outstanding on files.

• Investigating discrepancies in the practice management system to determine the reasons behind the balance discrepancies.

• Recommending a course of action to the responsible lawyer.

• Allocating funds appropriately or closing the file if no funds are in question.

The ideal Legal Cashier should possess:

• Previous experience as a Senior Legal Cashier within a legal setting.

• Experience in a similar role or project.
