Are you ready to take the next step in your career?We are looking for a Senior Justice Worker to lead and support a team delivering rehabilitation and resettlement services across prisons and community sites in the East of England.This role is ideal for someone with frontline experience in justice or related services such as homelessness, supported housing, or employment support — who also has some supervisory or management experience and is looking for a step up.You’ll be based in Peterborough two days a week, with regular travel across the region (all travel costs covered).What You’ll Do

• Support and lead a team delivering high-quality rehabilitation and resettlement services.
• Provide supervision, caseload reviews, and 1:1s to staff.
• Help drive performance, holding people accountable while supporting their development.
• Step in when needed to cover operational gaps and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Act as a link between frontline staff and senior management.

About You

• You have frontline experience in services such as criminal justice, probation, supported housing, homelessness, or employment support.
• You also have some management or supervisory experience — this could be as a team leader, supervisor, deputy manager, or someone who has informally managed staff, rotas, or caseloads.
• You are confident in supporting staff while also ensuring performance and outcomes are achieved.
