Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Windows, Linux, Automation, AWS - Hedge Fund

*** Hybrid working (4 days onsite)

Leading Hedge Fund is looking for a Senior Infratructure Engineer to join their team in London on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and have experience working within fast-paced pressurized environments. You will have experience with AWS, VMWare, Windows, Linux and storage systems, collaborating with Infrastructure and DevOps engineering teams. The role offers the opportunity to step up into a lead/management position over time.

Skills and experience required:

• Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, design/implementation
• Experience across Window and Linux (Redhat) systems
• PKI experience in a windows-based environment
• Microsoft Server Operating Systems & Active Directory architecture
• Strong automation experience with Powershell, Python or Ansible
• Strong Cloud experience (AWS essential)
• Working knowledge of network protocols and standards
• VMware technologies and strong Storage knowledge
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience working in a similar environment is essential
