Senior Immigration Caseworker

About the Role:

Our client is an IAA-registered immigration firm, based in Central London near Charing Cross Station and Covent Garden. They are now seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Immigration Caseworker to join their growing team. The successful candidate will manage complex cases, supervise junior staff, and deliver high-quality client services across a broad range of immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on complex UK immigration applications including work visas, family visas, settlement, citizenship, sponsorship licence applications, and compliance.

• Preparing and submitting detailed applications to the Home Office with minimal supervision.

• Drafting persuasive legal representations, supporting documents, and cover letters.

• Supervising and guiding junior caseworkers and assistants on their caseload and professional development.

• Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with changes in immigration law and practice.

• Liaising effectively with clients, third parties, and the Home Office to progress cases efficiently.

• Ensuring all casework is compliant with regulatory standards and firm policies.

• Assisting senior management in business development activities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in UK immigration casework
