Our client are a successful and friendly St. James’s Place (SJP) Partner Practice based near Stansted, seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is looking for a role with responsibility, variety, and the potential to grow.

Your role will involve: Senior IFA Administrator

• Providing comprehensive admin support to the Advisors
• Managing and preparing documentation for client meetings
• Processing new business and liaising with providers
• Maintaining and updating client records accurately
• Assisting with compliance requirements and client communications

About you: Senior IFA Administrator

• Previous experience in an IFA or SJP environment is essential
• Strong understanding of financial services processes and terminology
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Comfortable using back-office systems (e.g. Salesforce, Intelligent Office)
