Your new roleThis role is for an initial 6-month period with the potential for this role to extend.OUr client is seeking a results-driven HR Operations Specialist to come in and analyse current process flows and provide recommendations on process improvement for a project lasting an expected 6 months. This position sits at the heart of the HR Transformation programme, focused on enhancing the efficiency, value and service delivery of the HR Operations team across global locations. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you'll have previous experience in process mapping, identification of process inefficiencies and, ideally, have worked within a shared service environment. Experience of AI and ticketing improvement process would be a definite plus. You'll be comfortable working in an autonomous environment and have experience of working with stakeholders at all levels. Ideally, you'll have worked in a matrix, regulated environment but this is not essential. A methodical approach to process improvement is important to succeed in this role.
