Reed HR are working with an International Software Company based in Central London to recruit a stand-alone Senior HR Manager on a Permanent basis. Salary circa £60,000 - £75,000 per annum. This job will operate on a hybrid working basis with days worked both from the office and from home each week.
This job will work in a standalone capacity to support the growth and development of a high performing workplace culture. You will partner with Line Managers across the business on a range of generalist HR duties encompassing the entire employee life cycle, including updating and reviewing policies and processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, strategic development, Learning & Development and more. You will also support with the growth of the wider business internationally, particularly in the United States, so will need a good grasp of US Employment Law and Legislation.

This is a professional and demanding Senior HR Manager role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have worked within a senior level HR capacity within a stand-alone role previously. You will be happy to manage all aspects of the HR and employee lifecycle and not be afraid to work autonomously and get stuck in. If you have worked within HR in a Tech company, that would also be ideal.
