We are working in partnership with a high performing firm to hire a Senior HRBP for an interim opportunity in a strategic, highly people-focused environment. You'll work with a strong team to deliver people-first initiatives.
This role would be perfect for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who has experience in a regulated environment with solid HR Generalist experience, with a focus on Employee Relations.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, coaching, influencing, and driving commercial people strategies
- Influencing on complex ER cases, restructures, and change management initiatives
- Designing and delivering group-level people plans aligned with business objectives
- Working closely with the resourcing team on talent strategy and future skill gap identification
- Championing key people initiatives: D&I, Performance, Wellbeing, CSR, and Talent Development
- Using data and insights to identify trends and shape impactful HR interventions
- Playing a senior role within a well-established, highly integrated People function
What we're looking for:
- Proven success as a strategic HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, regulated or complex matrix environment like financial services, utilities, or legal
- Strong experience managing employee relations at a senior level
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Experience with change programmes, restructures and project management
- Willingness to mentor colleagues across the team
- Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
