Senior HR Advisor - Reed : Job Details

We’re looking for a Senior HR Adviser to join my clients passionate and high-performing HR team. Reporting to their HR Manager and supported by senior HR leaders, you’ll be at the heart of driving positive change across their academies.

You must have access to a car and and a valid UK driving licence, this role offers hybrid working and travel across academies. 

?? What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and influence: Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to Principals, senior leaders, and managers across the federation.
• Shape strategy: Go beyond casework—use your HR insight to support academy improvement plans and organisational development.
• Build relationships: Be a trusted partner to stakeholders, including trade unions, senior leadership teams, and support services.
• Coach and mentor: Support and develop junior HR colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience.
• Drive wellbeing: Champion staff wellbeing through proactive absence management and occupational health support.
• Ensure compliance: Lead on safer recruitment audits and uphold GDPR and safeguarding standards.
