Senior HR Advisor

Remote role with regional travel

Salary: £50,000

This is a key HR generalist role supporting multiple regions, where you will have flexibility to blend remote working with travel to sites across the East of England, predominantly Essex and East Anglia. You'll manage complex ER cases independently, support strategic HR projects, and work closely with senior stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you'll join a collaborative team during an exciting period of change.

The role requires:

* Supporting Stakeholders across multiple regions, in person and remotely

* Ensuring effective and consistent strategic direction

* Management of complex employee relations

* Driving adoption of recently implemented l HRIS

* Benefits and evaluation projects

* Compliance in a regulated environment

Ideal profile

* Strong HR generalist experience

* Confident managing ER independently

* Excellent stakeholder engagement

* Comfortable with travelling for work (expenses paid) and flexible working

* CIPD Level 5+ preferred
