Are you ready to step into a role where your HR expertise will really make an impact? We’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join a growing HR team in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on support across a nationwide organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing expert, coaching-style HR and ER advice to managers across multiple sites
• Working closely with HR Business Partners, Advisors, Assistants, and Immigration Specialists
• Handling a high volume of complex employee relations cases with confidence
• Building strong relationships with managers and teams across the UK
• Travelling to sites 1–2 times per month (occasional overnight stays) to deliver in-person support
• Supporting the development and implementation of policies, processes, and best practice
• Driving improvements through HR data analysis and proactive solutions

What we’re looking for:

• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
• Strong background in HR advisory roles, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Proven track record in managing complex ER cases from start to finish
• Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure
