Senior People Advisor – Healthcare | Colchester | £40,000 - £45,000 | Hybrid (3 Days On-Site)

A leading multi-site business based in Colchester is seeking a Senior People Advisor to join their People team. This hybrid role (3 days on-site) offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping a positive and high-performing work culture.

The Role:You’ll provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, coach managers on best practices, and help deliver people-focused solutions aligned with business goals. You’ll work closely with People Business Partners and Advisors to support performance management, grievance/disciplinary cases, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise managers on all aspects of employee relations

• Support investigations and provide legally sound HR guidance

• Analyse HR data to identify trends and propose improvements

• Contribute to policy reviews and HR reporting

• Support delivery of HR training to managers

About You:

• Strong background in HR with solid ER experience

• Excellent knowledge of employment law

• CIPD Level 3/5 (or equivalent)

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

Additional Details:

• £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

• 37.5 hours per week

• Some national travel - driving license will be required
