Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

The key focus of the senior HR Advisor role is to provide a full HR Advisory service

On a day to day basis as the Senior HR Advisor you will -

• Manage employee Relations cases, Investigations, manage absence, long term sickness issues, grievances, disciplinaries up dismissal.
• Provide a full generalist HR service to the business including engagement & performance management, there is lot to do here, including managing long term sickness and liaising with occupational health.
• Develop relationships with line managers and help them become better managers, more confident, more empowered.
• Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures
• Work with Learning and Development teams to help improve capability and effectiveness of mangers.
• Analyse and compile management information
• Identify opportunities for change and improvement – looking at processes and how things are done, you’ll have the chance to make change.

Skills needed:

• You will have worked in a fast-paced environment and skilled in all generalist areas of HR supporting a sizable numbers.
• Ideally you’ll have worked within Manufacturing, logistics, Care, Retail – somewhere pacey
• Extensive employee relations experience, managing high case numbers is essential.

As the HR Advisor you will need to demonstrate strong HR experience of hands-on HR and ER advising, within a fast-paced environment.
