Do you have solid ER experience but want an opportunity to develop working relationships with senior leaders?

If you're ready to step into a more strategic, business-facing HR role, this opportunity could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Why join this organisation?

You’ll be part of an award-winning, values-led organisation that’s growing rapidly and making a real difference. Their culture is underpinned by integrity, empathy, and respect - and these values shine through in everything they do.

As a key member of a highly regarded HR team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the business supports and develops its people. With a strong emphasis on wellbeing, leadership capability, and continuous improvement, you’ll help empower managers and leaders to create positive, high-performing environments.

You’ll also occasionally travel to other company sites in the UK (around once a month, with overnight stays) to build stronger relationships across the organisation.

You will also be:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the UK - supporting them with both day-to-day HR queries and strategic planning
  • Leading on a variety of ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence management) from start to finish
  • Using HR data and insights to identify trends and partner with the business on effective, forward-thinking people solutions
  • Supporting and driving people initiatives such as talent management, succession planning and leadership development
  • Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to continuously improve processes and drive best practice

What you'll need

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build credibility quickly
  • Solid experience in employee relations and confidence to manage casework
  • Flexibility to travel
  • High level of emotional intelligence, resilience and ability to manage priorities
  • HR experience developed in a regulated environment would be advantageous

This is a fantastic opportunity to springboard your career within a successful and growing business where no two days are the same. Along with a competitive salary, hybrid working is available (3 days in the office, 2 from home) plus an excellent benefits package.
