Job description:

Senior HR Advisor

Based - Worksop, S81 7AY

Full time, permanent

Salary circa £36,000 per annum

As our next Senior HR Advisor, with support from the wider HR team, your remit will be to provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and colleagues across the site, and ensure policy compliance and consistency through coaching, influencing and relationship building.

In this role, you won't be the type to shy away from challenges or responsibilities, and what is important to you is being given the chance to make a real impact and drive positive change. You'll be looking for a role where you can build strong relationships and be a key player in supporting with ER cases, driving Wellbeing plans, reducing absence, managing recruitment, working with Trade Unions and supporting engagement and communication plans

As a Senior HR Advisor, you are encouraging and motivating, with strong coaching and communication skills. You would relish the opportunity to work in a generalist, fast-paced HR role with plenty of variety.

The key requirements...

  • CIPD level 5
  • Advanced employee relations knowledge
  • Payroll knowledge
  • Previous experience of working with trade unions
  • The ability to coach, influcence and motivate people
