They are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to support operationally to the Senior Management Team and the Wider business. You will be joining a business that has an inclusive culture, strong people focused that prioritises the development and progression of their workforce.Your new roleAs a HR Advisor, you will be responsible in providing a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with the best practice to foster a high-performance culture. This will be a generalist HR role covering recruitment activity, end to end employee lifecycle, updating HR Policies, coaching and advising managers on various ER matters, absence management, performance management and supporting with HR Projects. • CIPD Qualified
• Generalist HR experience
• Sound knowledge of current UK employment Law
• Positive and proactive approach
