The Company:

They are an exciting start up who are experiencing rapid growth in terms of users and press coverage. With investors lined up and a daily user influx of 200-300 consumers without any marketing, they are poised for real success over the next 6-12 months. The core focus is on group travel projects, enabling users to plan trips collaboratively, set budgets, and create personalized travel experiences.

The Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the new platform's technical direction. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with founders, who bring extensive experience from top financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs. They are transitioning from agency support to in-house tech development, and you will be instrumental in this phase.

This role also provides equity of the business alongside salary!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founders and CTO to drive product development and innovation.
• Oversee the transition from agency tech to in-house development seamlessly.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance user experience and platform functionality.
• Ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements while maintaining code quality and security.

Needs:

• 3-5 years of experience in a mid to senior tech role, with a proven track record of leading successful tech projects.
• Expertise in full-stack development, with proficiency in technologies like React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Experience working in a remote setting and willingness to transition to a hybrid model in London.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
