Senior FP&A Manager - Mitchell Adam : Job Details

Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a dynamic US owned manufacturing business with a large scale global presence to in their search to find a Senior FP&A Manager on an interim basis.

This role works directly alongside the exec team in the US and demands a proactive leader who can analyse financial and market data to provide insights and drive continuous improvement across planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Within this role you will be responsible for; leading the analysis of current and historical financial data, managing the annual budgeting process, oversee monthly reporting, highlighting variances versus budget as well as acting as a strategic partner to commercial sales and marketing teams.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA), qualified by experience with progressive finance experience, ideally including leadership and strategic planning will also be considered.
• Proven experience influencing business operations and offering strategical insight as well as strong analytical skills and financial modelling expertise.
• Experience designing frameworks for data collection, analysis, and presentation within a commercial organization.
