Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, a highly regarded Financial Services firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their professional and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to provide high-quality administrative support within a regulated environment, working closely with Advisers, clients, and third-party providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support to the Financial Services team, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Preparing valuation reports and meeting documentation, offering comprehensive pre- and post-meeting support for Advisers.
  • Drafting Suitability Reports and ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, and providers, maintaining professional and timely communication at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and databases.
  • Assisting with corporate administration including pension scheme submissions, auto-enrolment compliance, and group risk schemes (where applicable).
  • Ensuring full compliance with FCA rules and company procedures.

Skills & experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a Financial Services Administrator, ideally with at least 12 months’ technical administration experience supporting Financial Advisers.
  • Knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection. Exposure to tax and trusts would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A professional, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to clients.
  • A committed team player, able to work collaboratively while also using initiative when required.
